Privacy notice

This notice explains how data submitted through the forms on whitelabelseo.us is handled. This is a business-to-business site aimed at agencies; we do not knowingly collect data from consumers or from your clients.

Data we collect

From the form: your name, work email, agency name, partner type and the brief you write, plus any optional field you complete. Automatically, together with the submission, we record the page it was sent from, the referring page and campaign parameters (UTM) when present, so we know how you found us. Please do not include your client's personal data in the brief; it is not needed to quote the work.

Purposes

Answering your inquiry, quoting the production work, qualifying a potential white label relationship and keeping an appropriate record of the commercial conversation. We do not build profiles and take no automated decisions with legal effect on you.

Legal basis

Your consent when submitting the form and, where applicable, the pre-contractual steps you requested (Articles 6.1.a and 6.1.b of the GDPR). Site analytics rely on the separate consent you give through the cookie banner.

Recipients and processors

Data is stored on the DigitalPublic platform, owned by the controller, which hosts this site and its CRM on servers located in the European Union. The infrastructure provider hosting those servers and Cloudflare, Inc. as content delivery and security layer act as processors. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Ireland Ltd. also acts as a processor for Google Analytics. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for their own commercial purposes.

International transfers

Cloudflare and Google may process data outside the European Economic Area. Both are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and apply the European Commission's standard contractual clauses as an additional safeguard.

Retention

Contact data is kept for as long as the commercial relationship lasts and afterwards, blocked, for the applicable statutory limitation periods. If the inquiry does not lead to a relationship, it is deleted once it is no longer needed for follow-up. Analytics data is retained in aggregate form according to the tool's retention settings.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing, by writing to [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or your local supervisory authority.
